Loss & Grief Support Group
When: Tuesdays at 7 p.m (Ongoing)
Where: Our Lady of the Assumption, Port Coquitlam
Cost: Free
Has someone you loved died? Are you struggling with grief? Feeling lost, overwhelmed? The death of a loved one can be one of the hardest things that we experience in our lives. This group experience provides a safe, supportive, confidential place to talk, cry and express feelings. You are not alone.
St. Joseph’s Bereavement Support Group
When: Every Thursday, 9-11:30 a.m., from April 4-May 30
Where: St. Joseph’s Parish, Langley
Cost: $35
This is a nine-week program for those seeking support in the devastating loss of a loved one. The support group will help participants find ways to grow emotionally and spiritually even in the midst of grief and mourning. It is a safe setting for sharing your experience, expressing concerns, working through emotions, experiencing spiritual growth, and feeling a sense of belonging.
