Course No: F901
Presenter: Bishop Emeritus David Monroe
Half-Day – 10:00am – 12:30pm

How often have we failed to share the Catholic Faith, because we do not see God’s big picture. This pictorial presentation provides simple step by step elements to lead you into a deeper understanding of God’s plan and how to cooperate in it. Participants will go home with a clear illustration, both in mind and heart on how to confidently share the Catholic Faith to everyone, both young and old.

Bishop Emeritus David Monroe, Bishop for the Diocese of Kamloops from 2002 – 2016. As a retired priest, he continues to be actively involved in replacement ministry and chaplaincy duties for the Archdiocese of Vancouver.

Walk with Me: How to Journey with Youth

Course No: F902
Presenter: Clayton Imoo
Full-Day – 10:00am – 4:00pm

In the Art of Accompaniment, Pope Francis has invited us to a church capable of walking at people’s sides. Come to this workshop to learn how to accompany young people on their faith journey. After all, youth ministry and PREP are more about people and not programs; we should be more interested in souls than attendance. The More that we engage our youth, the more vibrant our parishes become. Youth are not only the future of the Church – they are the Church of today!

Clayton Imoo, Associate Director, Ministries and Outreach Office of the Archdiocese of Vancouver has over 20 years of ministry experience, primarily in youth ministry
