In his message for the upcoming World Day of Migrants and Refugees, Pope Francis reminds us that “it is not just about migrants.” In continuation of his 2018 message, he calls us to continue the response to the challenges posed by contemporary migration using four verbs: to welcome, protect, promote, and integrate. But he tells us that it is not only limited to migrants and refugees; that it is “about all of us, and about the present and future of the human family.”
On Sunday, September 15, 2019, the 105th World Day of Migrants and Refugees will be celebrated by Archbishop J. Michael Miller, CSB with Mass and Celebration at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish in Surrey. This is a family event!
