Advance Care Plans
- Catholic Health Association of BC has put together a document called the Advance Care Planning: A Catholic Faith Based Perspective . This information is from a faith based perceptive as well as information on funerals and burials.
- Ministry of Health in B.C. (HealthLink B.C.) published an Advance Care Planning documents, My Voice: Expressing My Wishes for Future Health Care Treatment – Advance Care Planning Guide which can be used in conjunction with the above faith based perspective are. However, please be aware that this document is secular and therefore may not have health care decisions based on the teaching of the Catholic Church.
