Hello there! I hope to provide you with a safe and confidential space to explore your frustrations, concerns, needs, and desires. I work collaboratively with my clients to understand their inner world, their relationship to themselves and to others, to unlock healing, creativity and growth. Bio

Sarah was born and raised in North Vancouver, BC. She attained her Bachelor of Education and taught as a French and Special Education teacher before making the shift to Counselling Psychology. She attained her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (2013) from the UBC. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors [License #11696].

At present, she operates a private practice offering individual, couple and group therapy for clients working through life transitions and/or recovering from traumatic life events. Sarah enjoys facilitating presentations and workshops for schools and parents related to childhood anxiety, parenting, and identity formation. She also works as an elementary school counsellor and teacher with the Catholic Independent Schools of Vancouver.
