The receptionist will ensure efficient and timely assistance to incoming visitors, direct phone calls, sort mail, type Sunday bulletin in Publisher, respond to emails, register parishioners, and perform other administrative tasks as necessary and directed.
The Catholic Charities Men’s Hostel provides emergency shelter for over 100 transient or destitute men in the caring and compassionate spirit of Jesus Christ. In addition to offering beds, the Hostel provides access to food, social services and other life necessities to address guests’ needs. Under the direction of the Director of Emergency Shelter, the Guest Attendant is responsible for the immediate and short-term needs of the guests.
